You almost had me there. I was willing to do the work and get you the information to show how Kent? in fact received his doctorate. Then it dawned on me, you guys are experts at denying facts, evidence, and any information that contradicts your world narrative.
Don’t bother trying to assert we do the same thing because 1) that just proves my point and 2) your mind is clouded with emotional based belief instead of following the evidence.

Dawkins may go too far with his attack on theism, but, for you cast aspersions on? his intelligence is to far. Many, many have tried to debunk his stance on evolution, and will continue too. But they will not attack him as a person, and that is real science. Whatever your anger is, I hope you realize that that is unacceptable in the scientific discourse, & speaking that way will absolutely get you thrown from the table. But then again, it doesn’t seem like you sit at science’s table anyways.
I have gone to Christian university, and I have a science degree in Bio-Med. In time gone by I have renounced any faith I once had, and that was,in part, because all I saw were people who chose ignorance, and then enforced hostilely? that ignorance on me, much like you did. I don’t care what you think on evolution. I cant change what you see. But, you have no right to accuse and judge anyone, and nor do I.
Making snide remarks to me, or any scientifically minded person will? gain no more than to prove to the whole world once again that many Christians cannot marry reason with faith. I’m disappointed that you, and many others, try so admirably to respond to science with hostility rather than openness… All we have is our observations, and it is a failure of reason to not give them credence.
I appreciate your position. Truly. Carbon/Uranium dating are perhaps too inconstant to hold any true scientific weight. That aside, to assert a blanket position on the integrity of all evolutionary scientists is an? entirely different manor. You have no right to assert such a claim. People, good people spend there lives pursuing knowledge. Not all are good. But, that holds true for any doctrinal establishment, including Christianity.
I am not a? creationist and do not dispute that the Earth is very old. I do dispute some of the numbers.
Even though he may not be qualified to be an actual Ph.D., all you are doing is setting up a straw man so you can knock him down. He brings? up individual points that need to be looked into despite who he is.
Your? thinking is backwards. You should not use the evidence of evolution for the justification of carbon dating.
I’ve seen it. I thought he did a good job explaining the necessity of certain instances of carbon dating calibration, however he could not debunk everything which was given as examples in this video. For example why would different parts of a frozen mammoth’s body carbon date differently by over? 10,000 years? If a dinosaur bone had no carbon in it, wouldn’t you think that it would be reported as being at the limits of carbon dating which is around 50,000 years instead of much much less?

Kent Hovind’s doctorate was in “Christian Education” from the Patriot Bible University, which is not accredited by any agency. He has no scientific qualifications, he says he? taught science. His dissertation has no title, no TOC, outlines 16 chapters but contains only 4, has no bibliography, and is full of errors such as “geological epic” for “geological epoch”, and “centrifical force” for “centrifugal force”. It contains no original research, the basis on which a Ph.D. is supposed to be awarded

I readily agree carbon dating has serious flaws, the foremost being humans straining data to fit their purposes. I have a really hard time walking too far past that point with someone who believes that the bible is? the “infallible, inspired, inerrant world of the living god.” I think the last thing this world needs is more vocalization from people speaking from the position of infallibility. He does makes his point quite well in this short clip though.
Those men i mention they are considered the fathers of Evolution, so what your saying is the people who brought us the religion of evolution were frauds and im pretty sure you did so not knowing who they were, i suggest you do some research into what you have been indoctrinated to believe. if you think for a minute that evolutionary “sciences” are science,you might be an idiot. your problem is you have to much faith in men. now? you run along and do some research before you get your feelings hurt
